Your help is needed on Mulch Fundraiser Delivery Day!

We have over 2,000 bags to deliver and load for pickup, so we need many many hands! We have multiple roles below starting at 7am at Forest Creek Elementary. Students can help! Parents please help! If you're only available for a partial shift, that's OK, too. The more help, the better! Breakfast & snacks provided.

• Trucks / Drivers - If you have a pickup truck, you can drive it for delivery. Loaders will help you load it, and we will have adults/students ride with you to unload.
• Delivery Coordinator - You'll assist Angela Brown with handling the paper logistics helping drivers know where to go next and how much to load. Also when pickups arrive, instructing on site loaders how much to load.
• Loader / Unloader - This is where we need the most help. Students and adults can ride along with drivers for deliveries and/or stay at the school (Forest Creek Elementary) to load trucks and into people's cars that pick up.
• Clean up - Not a specific sign up role, but we will need help cleaning up after, and we'll also need to return any unclaimed pallets back to the supplier. These are available.

Don't forget to bring:

• Gloves
• Water
• Hat / Sunglasses
• Box cutters / Plastic cutters for the pallet wrap
